Rhino 8 for Mac & Windows

To be an effective designer today, you need tools to quickly develop your designs and accurately communicate them to everyone in product research, development, education, marketing, manufacturing or construction chain.
Start with a sketch, drawing, physical model, scan data, or only an idea – Rhino 8 provides the tools to accurately model and document your designs ready for rendering, animation, drafting, engineering, analysis, and manufacturing or construction.
Rhino 8 can create, edit, analyze, document, render, animate, and translate NURBS* curves, surfaces, and solids, point clouds, and polygon meshes. There are no limits on complexity, degree, or size beyond those of your hardware.

Bongo 2 for Rhino 8

Animation for designers: Bongo – simple, integrated animation for Rhino 7. Just drag and drop to create animations in Rhino, so you won’t lose valuable time changing programs. You get your preview inside Rhino, in real time, in any shading mode. You can render to video using any compatible renderer, like Flamingo nXt or Brazil.
Bongo has a zoomable timeline and the new curve editor gives you great control over your animations. You can control many parameters with the state-of-the-art keyframe editor. You can create architectural animations, or create mechanical systems animations with the IK engine. Bongo provides you with lots of practical functionality.

Grasshopper included with Rhino 8

For designers who are exploring new shapes using generative algorithms, Grasshopper® inside Rhino 8 is the right tool. It is a graphical algorithm editor tightly integrated with Rhino’s 3D modeling tools. Unlike RhinoScript, Grasshopper requires no knowledge of programming or scripting, but still allows designers to build form generators from the simple to the awe-inspiring.
The visual programming language was developed by David Rutten at Robert McNeel & Associates. Programs are created by dragging components onto a canvas. The outputs to these components are then connected to the inputs of subsequent components. Grasshopper for Rhino 5 is remains a free download.

RhinoArtisan 5 30-user

30-user license to use RhinoArtisan on the computers in a single classroom or lab. A network is not needed.
Or, a 30-user floating network license. A network server and the Zoo or internet access to the Cloud Zoo is required.

Bella Renderer

For university students and individual staff/faculty, we offer the Educational license for 50€ (less any promotional discounts at the time of purchase). Like the standard Seat license, it is a floating, permanent license, which authorizes use of Bella plugins/GUI/CLI on one machine at any given time.

Mesh2Surface streamlines and optimizes converting scanned data into a perfect NURBS model. RhinoResurf for Rhino, a reverse engineering tool that gives Rhino the ability to reconstruct NURBS surface(s) from mesh or point cloud with specified precision.
RhinoResurf also provide features for free-form surface modeling from polygon lines or meshes.
RhinoResurf is designed in a way that the plugin is very user friendly, and easy to understand. Once loaded manually on first use, it will automatically load itself into the Rhino environment later. The new commands will be added to Rhino’s existing commands, and a new submenu called RhinoResurf will be created.

VisualARQ 2

VisualARQ 2 is a precise, intuitive and free-form architectural software for Rhino 7. It adds architectural features and parametric architectural objects that are suitable for both 3D modeling and 2D prints.

RhinoMembrane is a plugin  based on the development of ixCube 4-10, completely integrated with Grasshopper  and  meant to design tensile membrane designs, and solve technical issues like formfinding, stress state and cable tension. RhinoMembrane 15 Seats Lab is a yearly license with unlimited mesh nodes.
To put it in simple words: with RhinoMembrane it becomes easy to design a ‘tent’ of any size, any form, any textile. The easy to use Grasshopper tools make the plugin fun to work with. Students will love it.
